Buyer guide

How to compare ultrasound probe offers without assuming compatibility.

A useful comparison starts with identity and scope, then adds commercial details. It does not start with a “best price” label.

1. Match the exact equipment identity

Compare the manufacturer, model and part number shown in the offer with the identifiers required by your system. Ask about connector, software, regional and hardware variants where relevant. Similar names or images are not sufficient evidence of compatibility.

The seller or manufacturer should confirm the basis for any compatibility statement. AZNO does not guarantee compatibility.

2. Define what “condition” means in this offer

New, used and refurbished are broad labels. Ask who assessed the item, what work was performed, what tests were completed, what defects are disclosed and whether reports are available. Do not treat an unverified condition label as inspection or certification.

3. Compare the complete price basis

Record the amount, currency, quantity or unit basis, shipping responsibility, taxes or duties where applicable, included accessories and any required exchange or core return. If one of these fields is unknown, compare it as unknown rather than assuming it is included.

A marketplace can organize price information without determining that one offer is the lowest or best value.

4. Check availability and timing

Ask when availability was last confirmed, where the item is located and whether the stated lead time begins at order, payment, inspection or shipment. For cross-border transactions, confirm shipping, import and regulatory responsibilities with appropriate technical, legal and logistics advisers.

5. Read warranty, return and dispute terms

Identify the warranty provider, covered events, exclusions, duration, return process and who pays shipping. AZNO does not currently provide universal payment protection, equipment inspection or transaction assurance; any seller term must be evaluated on its own written scope.
