For marketplace, listing, partnership or account support, email support@aznoapp.com. Signed-in users can also open Settings in the AZNO app and choose “Message AZNO support.”
Help us respond
Include the email used for your account, the relevant listing ID and a short description. Do not email passwords, one-time codes, payment-card information, medical records or identity documents.
Safety and privacy
Use the in-app Report action for suspicious listings. For a privacy or account-deletion request, review our account-deletion instructions.
Security reports
To report a suspected security issue, email support@aznoapp.com with “Security report” in the subject. Please describe the affected page or feature and the steps to reproduce it. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, payment details, identity documents or patient information.
