Delete your account
You can request deletion directly inside AZNO without contacting support.
In the app
- Sign in to AZNO.
- Open Account, then Settings.
- Choose “Delete account.”
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@aznoapp.com from the address used for your AZNO account. This is an accessibility fallback; the primary deletion action remains inside the app. We may ask you to verify control of that address. Never send a password or one-time code.
What deletion does
Deletion revokes active sessions and deletes the Firebase Authentication account, profile, consent records, seller drafts, sourcing requests, reports and blocked-seller records linked to the account. The action cannot be undone.
Limited retention
Service-provider security logs or records required by law may remain for their documented retention period. AZNO does not retain marketplace payment, payout or dispute records in this release because marketplace payments are not enabled.
