Equipment sourcing and repair components
Ultrasound Probe Parts & Accessories
Start with the part you need, then confirm the exact probe and supplied configuration. AZNO brings published equipment, replacement-part and repair-service offers into one marketplace. A part category or reference photograph does not establish current stock or compatibility.
A replacement part, a complete probe or a repair service?
These are different commercial offers. A complete compatible probe is not an array, and a replacement cable is not the same as repair of your existing cable. Read the offer type, included-parts statement and seller description together before comparing prices. A familiar model name may describe the probe a component is intended to fit, rather than the manufacturer of the supplied component.
The public marketplace includes separately described cable, array/element and assembly-kit offers. Use the published listing to check its current price, currency and description. This guide also discusses lenses and connectors as requirement categories; it does not claim that every category or model has a currently published offer.
Describe lenses, cables and connectors precisely
For a lens or other front-surface requirement, identify the full probe model and revision and describe the visible component required. Do not treat a surface symptom as a diagnosis of the acoustic array. Ask the supplier or qualified repair provider which part it proposes and what assessment supports that proposal. A photograph alone does not establish dimensions, material or intended fit.
For a cable, distinguish a component purchase from a repair service. Ask whether the quoted item includes the connector, strain relief, wiring, flex connections or any electronics. For a connector or interface, request the exact variant and its inclusion in the written quotation. The shape of a connector in an illustrative image is not an included-parts list.
Use model and revision evidence before ordering
Record the probe manufacturer and full model, the scanner model, known software context, connector variant and part number or revision when available. Preserve suffixes exactly. Ask the supplier to tie its compatibility statement to the specific component being quoted. A shared brand name does not establish that two revisions are interchangeable.
Keep component origin separate from intended compatibility. Ask who manufactured the supplied part and what documentation supports its origin and fit. A replacement described as compatible with a GE, Philips or other system is not thereby represented as manufactured or endorsed by that system manufacturer.
Compare a complete written quotation
Ask for quantity, unit price, currency, included components, applicable tax, transport, lead time and current availability. A published price is a basis for review, not proof that a part can ship immediately. Confirm warranty provider, return conditions and the process for an incorrect or unsuitable component before committing to an order.
Request photographs of the actual supplied item where those are needed to resolve configuration questions. Some AZNO listings use catalog or external-model reference images and label that limitation. Those images do not prove the exact appearance, stock, connector configuration or contents of the offered item.
When your exact part is not represented
Use the marketplace to check published offers first. If the precise requirement is unresolved, contact AZNO support with equipment identifiers, the component requested, quantity, destination and timing. Access to a specific sourcing or repair workflow depends on the current product release. Reading this guide does not submit a request, reserve inventory or obtain a quotation.
Keep patient records, patient images, credentials and other sensitive information out of an equipment enquiry. Do not open or modify a medical probe to prepare the enquiry. Ask a qualified service provider to assess the fault and follow the equipment manufacturer’s instructions and your facility’s acceptance process.
Questions before a parts enquiry
Are all the parts discussed here currently available?
No. Only an individual published offer supplies a current listing description and price. Ask the seller to confirm availability, exact supplied parts and delivery. A category mentioned in this guide is not an inventory promise.
Does a business badge mean the component was inspected?
No. Account or business verification is separate from product inspection, compatibility, regulatory status and repair quality. Check any item-specific evidence and written scope independently.
Can I use an existing probe name as the part number?
Use the full probe identity as context, but obtain the actual component identifier or revision when one exists. Do not invent an identifier when the supplier has not provided it.
Continue with the right equipment workflow
This guide does not submit a request, reserve stock, establish compatibility or provide medical advice. Follow the individual offer, current service scope and your facility’s requirements.
