Terms of Use
These terms govern the AZNO website and apps operated by ALEVA TECHNOLOGIES INC. By creating an account or using AZNO, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Marketplace role
The current release provides a professional equipment catalog, seller-draft review and sourcing-request tools. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, AZNO is not the buyer, seller, manufacturer, regulator, healthcare provider, insurer, lender or payment institution. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for technical, legal, tax, import, export and regulatory due diligence.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect your account and be legally able to enter agreements. AZNO has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not impersonate others; list stolen, counterfeit, recalled or unlawfully transferred items; infringe rights; scrape the service; evade safety controls; send spam; or post deceptive, abusive, dangerous or illegal content. AZNO may review, limit or remove content and suspend accounts to protect users or comply with law.
Seller drafts and listings
Sellers must own or be authorized to sell each submitted item and must provide accurate information. A seller draft is not public until AZNO separately reviews and approves the content and a rights-cleared item image. Users may report an eligible public listing and block its seller. AZNO may preserve relevant records while a report or legal request is being reviewed.
Verification and inspection
The current release does not provide seller verification, item inspection, certification or transaction-assurance status. If any such service is introduced later, its scope and status will be stated separately. No future label will constitute regulatory clearance, manufacturer certification, a warranty, a promise of clinical performance or a guarantee unless its exact written terms expressly say so.
Payments and transaction support
Where checkout is available, an eligible ALEVA-owned physical product may link to a separate Stripe-hosted checkout. AZNO does not collect card details in the app and does not provide escrow. Third-party marketplace transaction support, custody, storage, returns, financing or payments are not offered unless their availability, fees, provider, release conditions and regional terms are shown before use.
Professional-use notice
AZNO is not a diagnostic app and does not provide medical, clinical, legal, tax or regulatory advice. Equipment information and sourcing guidance must be independently verified before purchase, installation or clinical use.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, AZNO is provided without implied guarantees and ALEVA TECHNOLOGIES INC. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from user content, third-party conduct or transactions between users. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. We may update these terms and will identify the effective date; material changes will be presented as required.
